Notice for Authorization Application
This authorization permits the production, display, and commercial sale of 3D-printed physical objects (physical items only) based on the exclusive, original 3D models—excluding any brand collaboration models—published under the “Bigchx” account on the MakerWorld platform.
- Channel Restrictions: The scope of this authorization is strictly limited to the specific physical sales channels that have been approved in your application. Selling beyond these approved channels is strictly prohibited.
- Digital Asset Protection: Selling, distributing, modifying, or sharing the digital 3D files of the authorized models (including but not limited to STL, 3MF, STEP, and other formats) in any form is strictly prohibited.
- Intellectual Property Rights: When selling physical items, you may not register the model or its derivatives as your own trademark, nor may you apply for a design patent. All copyrights to the models remain entirely with the original MakerWorld creator (the owner of the “Bigchx” account).
- Authorized Entities: This authorization only permits individuals and sole proprietorships (individual businesses) to sell physical items. Companies, enterprises, or larger organizational entities must sign an additional, special authorization agreement with Bigchx.
- Expiration of Authorization: Upon expiration of this authorization, you must promptly take the authorized products offline and remove any public proof of authorization. If you wish to continue selling the items, you must renew the authorization before the current one expires.
- Disclaimer: This authorization applies solely to the sale of physical models. Bigchx is not responsible for the print quality, after-sales service, or final retail pricing of the physical objects produced by the authorized party. All aforementioned matters (including the right to set prices) are determined solely by the authorized party, who assumes all corresponding responsibilities.
- Reputation Protection: If the authorized party triggers severe consumer complaints during the sales process, or if their actions or products negatively impact the reputation of the “Bigchx” brand or the original works, we reserve the right to unilaterally terminate this authorization at any time and retain the right to initiate relevant legal actions or accountability procedures.
- Liability for Breach of Contract: If any of the above provisions are violated, we reserve the right to unilaterally revoke this authorization at any time, place the violator on a blacklist, and hold them legally liable for corresponding copyright infringement.
